UPDATE: Multi-Layout Features of the Virtual Hal-Far Raceway

Track Development

More updates ahead! I’m more than excited to share the latest developments in the creation of the Virtual Hal-Far Raceway, and it’s shaping up to be even more dynamic and versatile than anticipated! As the project clocks over 400 hours now, I am excited to introduce another update, a three-pack layout for the track, each catering to a unique racing experience.

Firstly, the Quarter Mile layout which will be specifically for online drag racing events. A public server will be created for supporters to engage in the head-to-head competitions. Next, the drifting Layout, specifically for those who enjoy the art of going sideways, providing the perfect environment for drifting enthusiasts to have fun and practice at the same time, including participate in drifting events.

The Sunday layout is where the excitement reaches its peak, combining all layouts into a comprehensive racing experience. Users can choose between drag racing cars, drifting, or even karts to navigate the La Reve karting track, creating a diverse and action-packed environment. This amalgamation promises an awesome combo for a server packed with various activities, like in real life on a Sunday morning.

The first early-access release is scheduled for the end of February, and Legend Supporters will be the first to experience it. Your support has been the driving force behind this project, and I can’t wait for you to be the first to dive deep into the virtual world of sim racing.
